Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final.
If you received a product with a workmanship defect or any problems with missing items in your order, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery of your order.
Note: The 5 days begin once the package has been delivered which is determined by the USPS Tracking. It does not begin once you open the package.
By purchasing from 'Eleu Collective, all customers are in agreement with our No Return & Exchange policy.
Shipping
All items will be shipped with United Postal Service (USPS). Orders Shipped throughout the Continental U.S. will arrive 3-7 days after shipment. Orders shipped within the state of Hawaii will arrive 1-2 days after shipment.
Items In Stock will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
Pre-Orders will be shipped when items become available or as stated in the Product Listing.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail once it is in USPS possession. Please contact USPS directly to file a Missing Mail/Lost package report.

Custom Orders/Jewelry Repairs
Custom Orders will be open periodically and announced on our Instagram accounts @eleu.collective and @lilinoemauloa
Production time depends on the difficulty of the piece and materials needed. Prices of materials have increased significantly throughout the years. Therefore, each item will be priced based on the time it takes to complete the piece as well as material costs. All jewelry and repair pieces include free shipping.
- Basic bangles 2-3 weeks - Price: $40-$100 (no stamping)
- Earrings 1-2 weeks - Price: $45-$75 - One side replacement $35
- Custom sets and design bracelets 4-6 weeks - Price $100-$250
- Jewelry Repair - $20-30 (Lilinoe Mau Loa Pieces Only)
- Jewelry Repair $35-$45 (Jewelry made by others)
Please note that jewelry repairs may incur additional fees for any replacement or added elements.
